Latest planning application for Llandeilo | South Wales Guardian

HERE are the public notices that were placed in the South Wales Guardian on August 3.

A planning application has been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council by Elizabeth McGill to carry out minor alterations to remove a modern lightweight partition between the kitchen and bathroom areas, reducing the bathroom to create a cloakroom.

The plans also include refurbishing the external stone access steps and install a traditional balustrade and gate to landing.

The work relates to 3 Bank Place, Llandeilo.

The application can be viewed online at www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk/planningapplications and any comments on the application  - which is in respect of a listed building notice due to being in a conservation area – must be made before August 24.

Spartan Scaffolding Solutions Ltd, of Ynys Dawly Farm, Dulais Road, Seven Sisters, has applied to change an existing goods vehicle operators licence.

The company would like to keep an extra two goods vehicles at the operating centre at Amman Concrete Products, Bryncethin Road, Garnant.

Any land owners or occupiers wishing to make a comment must do so by August 24 in writing to Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF.
